Shipping + Returns
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 per item and will be shipped 2nd class with Royal Mail, requiring a signature at delivery. You should allow 3-5 days for delivery from point of postage.
Shipping to Europe is at a standard rate of £8.95, shipped with Royal Mail who pass the shipment on to the local delivery service. A signature should be required on delivery and you should allow upto 14 days for delivery from point of postage.
International shipping is at a standard rate of £18.25 shipped with Royal Mail who pass the shipment on to the local delivery service. A signature should be required on delivery and you should allow upto 14 days for delivery from point of postage.
Please note that import duty and VAT can apply for deliveries outside of the EU. Customs policies differ widely from country to country therefore we have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
If you need to return an item by post please email email@example.com for a return confirmation. Items for return should be packaged securely with your name, order details and return confirmation. I would recommend returns are sent by a tracked mail service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

- Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
- Request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, customised or personalised orders/items can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items once the items are received, less any taxes or import duties incurred within 14 days. Shipping charges will not be refunde on unwanted goods.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
